Terms and Conditions 

If you are a user of any Vero Apparel services including social media, website, and email (further stated in terms) these Terms and Conditions  apply to you.

Acceptance of terms:

1.1 Overview. The following terms and conditions (these “terms”) govern all users of this website (www.veroapparel.ca) or mobile application. Any and all available services including extensions of the website provided by Vero Apparel online and offline. This includes any and all social media accounts, websites, emails and events conducted by Vero Apparel(The “Services”). Please note that any and all contests, giveaways, promotions, and return policies provide additional terms in relation to the purchase or acquisition (in the case of a contest or sweepstakes giveaway) of a product. 

2. (Your) Use of the Services

2.1 By using the services you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and interactions with others within the service. Vero Apparel is not responsible for interaction of any kind that can be considered a result of using the services. 

3. Users of the Services 

3.1 Users and registered users (by email or account login) agree that their personal information can and may be used internally and by third party services. Use of personal information may include (but are not limited to) your address for  shipping purposes, your keystrokes and email, for cart options, data analytics and promotional activities. All information stored on services provided by Vero Apparel are considered sensitive and will not be disclosed publicly under any circumstances. 

In the event of a breach of security or incident thereof (including disclosure of personal information) and events leading up-to or as a result of, Vero Apparel explicitly disclaims any and all liability for any losses, and/or damages for your failure to comply with this section. 

4. Content 

4.1 You agree that any and all content (excluding text, font, colour, borders and lines) are considered intellectual property of Vero Apparel and cannot be used, reimagined, or repurposed without given consent from Vero Apparel. This includes (but are not limited to) photos, designs, graphics, video content, and stories that have been made public (or private) by Vero Apparel. 

4.2 By agreeing to use the services, you may upload, post, repost content using the Services provided by Vero Apparel as promotional content. This does not include claiming any designs, themes, photos, graphics and videos as your own. 

5. Returns and Exchanges 

5.1 There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any products and or services provided by Vero Apparel. In the event that a customer requests a return, or exchange via [email protected], an exchange or refund may be considered on a case by case basis. Vero Apparel is not obligated to provide exchange or return services under any circumstances. In the odd chance that a return or exchange is provided by Vero Apparel, the user must incur all shipping/duty fees included in the transaction. Vero Apparel will not provide any shipping or duty fee payments on behalf of the user under any circumstances. 

5.2 Vero Apparel ensures that all products provided are of the best quality when leaving our distribution centre. Any product that is scuffed, ripped, or damaged as a result of carrier handling will not be taken back as a return and or exchange. As stated in section 5.1, returns and refunds may be considered on a case by case basis however, Vero Apparel is not obligated to conduct a return or exchange on behalf of the user. 

6. Dispute Resolution 

6.1 We value customer service. In the case of a dispute, Vero Apparel will attempt to informally resolve the issue. Any and all complaints or dispute resolution requests can be forwarded to [email protected] Vero Apparel is not obligated to address and or correspond to complaints, disputes or any form of incoming communication.
